    High efficient operation metal sintering dewaxing furnace(can be used to lab and industrial)


    Main application

    The metal sintering furnace is designed for sintering of hardmetal products. The sinter-HIP furnace comprises single-chamber water-cooled horizontal furnace body with two water-cooled doors, a control system , heating system, vacuum system, debinding system, Н2 burn-off system, water cooling system, gas system, heat insulation, fast cooling system, safety system, and hydraulic system.

Can be soak in process (FERRO shrink rings should be supplied by the buyer.Suggest grade of 334,because the test ring are multifarious,The test only as reference,take below item3.16 as main test standard)

    Parameter uniformity in sintered products


    To be measured by sintering of the witness YG8 or YC40 grade hardmetal samples (with paraffin or PEG binder): max. magnetic saturation scatter ≤ ± 0,20%, max. coercivity scatter ≤ ± 0.3kA/m. Hardmetal witness plates to be delivered by the Buyer, the quality of the samples to be confirmed by the Seller.
