Vacuum dewaxing sintering furnace is resistance heating furnace
under vacuum or atmosphere condition. It's mainly used for carbide
or powder metallurgy products dewaxing, pre-burning, sintering.
Scope of application:
Widely used in cemented carbide, ceramics, stainless steel
materials, powder metallurgy, metal injection molding products and
materials such as vacuum sintering dewaxing. It is characterized by
a large pumping capacity, high vacuum, uniform temperature control
and no leakage and so on. Other technical parameters can be
designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
Structural features:
To compare with normal vacuum or hydrogen protective gas sintering
furnace, This type of furnace can sinter and dewax cemented carbide
or powder metallurgy product at one time in the same furnace,
thereby saving power and reducing the oxidation of the sintered
product Probability, so that the product quality is good, cost is
low.
Degreasing, degassing, sintering integrated treatment furnace is
equipped with sealed box, the degreasing volatile gas does not
pollute the inner wall and heat insulation material, all discharged
out of the furnace. Square sealed box structure can reduce the
consumption of gas and heating power, reduce operating costs.
The cage heater makes the furnace temperature uniform, loading
more, bigger constant temperature area. As the furnace temperature
and vacuum are program automatically controlled, which is conducive
to dewaxing and sintering process.
The furnace is horizontal double-layer water-cooled, the inner
layer is stainless steel, out layer made of carbon steel. Internal
with a circulating water system to ensure that the cooling rate to
speed up. Furnace shell temperature close to room temperature, and
with an additional rapid cooling system as well.
Furnace is equipped with graphite heating element or metal heating
element. The door is opened on both sides of the furnace body, the
front door is equipped with observation holes and insulation
screen, the back door is equipped with open heat shield with a
strong cold structure.
The furnace body is provided with a plurality of temperature
measuring ports, For thermocouple or optical pyrometer to measure
the temperature.

The control cabinet is equipped with indicator instrument, push

computer.
You can set the temperature curve and time setting directly on the
touch screen panel. All electrical function control all through the
touch screen to control, all the temperature curve can be
transferred out at any time to print and save, historical data can
save up to ten years. Thyristor phase shift voltage control
heating, the end of the program automatically stop, no duty.
