    Description:


    High Pressure Sintering Furnaces is beneficial to increase the sintering density of the material and improve the mechanical properties of the material. The pressure sintering furnace has excellent structure, strength and density. Can be achieved continuous differential pressure degreasing, vacuum sintering and pressure sintering process; with atmosphere regulation function, the furnace stability, product quality easy to control; furnace partial pressure control, to achieve constant pressure sintering.


    Vacuum pump: backing pump, Roots-type pump(slide valve pump, rotary vane pump, screw pump and so on can be selected for the backing pump, allowing customers to choose world-class brand products)


    Temperature and atmosphere uniformity: The magnetic force of the furnace control block is different from that of the cobalt magnetic deviation. Conventional sintering furnace test furnace control block brand is YG6 medium particles, YC40.Debinding pressure sintering integrated.


    Power supply: General standard is three phase five wire system AC380V±10% 50HZ.

    Control power supply: Single-phase AC210V-250V 50HZ design(Different countries and regions can be designed according to local grid standards)
