What is Sinter-HIP?

Sinter-HIP is a method of thermal consolidation for cemented carbide wherein the simultaneous application of heat and pressure fully consolidates the carbide during the sintering process. It results in a product that contains little or no porosity, thereby producing a component that is as close to full theoretical density as possible.

1. High automation, it can be a healthy start, full automation, with the stove working state simulation display, real-time display equipment running status, equipped with programmable controller and man-machine interface control system.

2. High safety, PLC to realize security chain, with super temperature, sensor break, water pressure, overpressure of furnace body, water flow, water temperature, high sound and light alarm.

3. A moderate correction processing bright true temperature transformation model has no paper record history data and the heating curve, the function of the temperature deviation error correction, can manage multiple devices and remote fault diagnosis analysis.

4. Effectively control the convection channel, maintain the temperature uniformity and pressure balance;

5. Horizontal structure, small footprint, and equipped with special loading forklift truck.

3. We offer 12-month warranty for this 100bar gas pressure sintering furnace. If equipment failure happens, our after-seals personnel will respond within 24 hour after being notified, and if on-site assistance is required, our personnel will arrive at the site within 48 hours. They will check and repair the equipment until it works normal again.
4. If any loss or damage arises during the warranty period from equipment quality, we will offer free replacement or repair. If it’s not due to quality, or it’s caused by customer’s negligence or improper operation, customer can contact us for paid technical assistance.
